And yes about the boolean, OverrideSpawnLimitPercentage should be a true/false not a number, unless the number is 0 or 1 because those represent true or false. 2 would be considered an invalid number and is probably what's breaking it.

^This should make Quetz 2x as likely to spawn if you put it in exactly like this, but I'd do it after a reset and kill all wild dinos command. ^

Guys, those settings are set through ASM which is a well known server management tool.

Also in programming,the numbers represent true and false. Its binary, on or off, 0 or 1
